A very quick note to my future self: AFAICT the KoolStone (iKoolStone?) belts are plain rubber O-rings, which come in standardized size numbers. For the KoolStone (C1? 2.5lb capacity) rock tumbler, it is size 231 (approximately 2-5/8″ ID, 2-7/8″ OD, 1/8″ width). Durometer unknown, but 50A durometer seems to be working well. These can be had from McMaster or any of the usual sources. I suspect many similar-looking rock tumblers (National Geographic, etc.) are, ahem, compatible designs and this size fits them too, but no guarantees.
A caution: If using a certain river-themed online store, carefully doublecheck what is selected before purchase as the search will happily favor what someone paid to show you over the size you actually searched for, and making any minor selection choices (e.g. changing order quantity), half a page after you selected the size will happily choose you a different size without prompting.
Bonus fact: The tiny wall-wart switching power supplies of these low-cost overseas gadgets tend to be an early failure point, and here is no exception. If the tumbler won’t turn, or does so under protest, the high speed is slower than the slow speed, the display dims and flickers as it goes, etc., it is most likely the power supply gradually dying.
